I keep a close eye on the Stamford and Rutland property market because it enables me to give the best advice to homeowners; I value the home taking into account its existing price if it’s currently on the market I investigate comparable properties, I analyse previous sold prices and calculate/compare price per square foot. I take into account outstanding views, land, location, condition and potential to develop or add value. I adapt each sales strategy if necessary should the Stamford and Rutland housing market fluctuate, and I have been praised for my stealth sales negotiaton!
What Lottie Does…
I work very closely with our clients maximising each home’s potential; I help with any home styling needs, I brief our lifestyle photographer and create bespoke brochures guaranteeing each brochure reflects the individual style of the property. I build marketing campaigns working across all media platforms, and I just love showing wonderful homes - and if I do say so myself, I'm really rather good at it!
