David and I regularly contribute within our local press on issues surrounding the Stamford and Rutland property market.  Our blog posts often take inspiration from the questions posed by our Stamford and Rutland homeowners as they are think about, plan or try to sell their home.  

You can read David's column within 'The Stamford Mercury' property section each week as well as his monthly editorial feature within 'Stamford Living' and 'Rutland and Market Harborough Living'.  David also posts his articles on his LinkedIn page and via 'The Stamford and Rutland Property Blog' where you'll find an impressive archive of over 250 articles specifically covering the Stamford and Rutland property market and are relevant to all local homeowners.  For example, he comments on what impact national government policies will have on the Stamford and Rutland housing market, he discusses whether buyers should to buy a new build or an existing/old property, the importance of pricing your property right from the start, how much value building an extension to your home will add and so on. 

I have contributed to 'Stamford Houseproud Magazine' on how to maximise on space in your home.  I have also been featured within 'The Stamford Mercury Special Homes Editions' advising homeowners on how to make their homes stand out from its competition and how to achieve the very best price.
