Hi, I’m David, proud joint-owner of Pelham James. When I’m not out and about valuing the finest homes in our beautiful area, you’ll find me delivering local property market updates on social media.

Valuing a unique home is about more than previous sold prices and price per square foot; it’s also about the extra details that make your home so special – the outstanding views, the location, the land, the condition, and the potential to add further value.

Having lived and breathed sales all my life, I’m proud to have been praised for my stealth sales negotiation techniques and my devotion to continuously assessing the property market – adapting the sales strategy for your home should the market fluctuate. Alongside our professional lifestyle photographer, we perfect your home’s styling to ensure every image captures the nuances and individual qualities that make your home so distinctive.

It’s here you’ll find me presenting personal one-to-one video calls for homebuyers, presenting property tours of homes, and conducting live, interactive social media events.  I also love collaborating with and supporting other local independent businesses with my ‘Love Where You Live’ owner interviews and running popular competitions.

I’m proud to say my videos are loved not only by home-seekers, but also by relocating/overseas buyers and specialist relocation agents. Hi, I’m Harriet, local girl and lover of all things Rutland and Stamford. While you’ll often find Lottie and Louise on the front line and in front of the camera, I’m busy putting my ex-John Lewis customer service expertise to work behind the scenes.

With three young children, I know all there is to know about balancing tasks and time, so you can count on me to put together the marketing jigsaw for your home in precision time and style.

The hub of the wheel, you might say, I bring together the different elements of the marketing, preparing property details, producing our trademark brochures, updating our social media and Rightmove.  

A keen netballer, I’m no stranger to a winning mentality, and that translates 100% to your home sale. My keen attention to detail ensures a seamless launch and campaign.

Hi, I’m Sam, operations ninja at Pelham James HQ.  I’m the person behind the curtain, skilfully pulling the levers and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Organisation is the key, and I make sure everything happens as it should, when it should – in fact, highly likely beating that deadline!

You’ll find me out and about filming with Lottie (behind the lens, I might add with my steady hand) dressed in the latest fashions with a twist of fun and a dash of colour. How do I retain my zen-like calm?  Walking my two handsome Whippet dogs at sunrise and practising downward dogs with my yoga at sunset. Namaste.

Hi, I’m Victoria, client-executive covering the Stamford unique homes property market. I live and breathe all things Stamford. I adore the blend of unique homes in the town and the range of independent businesses that make Stamford so special – if you need a recommendation of where to go or what activity to do in the area, I’m your go-to!

Strong family values are all part of my Greek heritage. I always put family first, and that incorporates my client’s family…nothing makes me prouder than helping families to move on to achieve their dreams. I’m a proud working mum and my free time is spent with my son, foraging for fossils, and building dens, with a dash of hitting the gym thrown in for me!
