Hi, I’m David, proud joint-owner of Pelham James. When I’m not out and about valuing the finest homes in our beautiful area, you’ll find me delivering local property market updates on social media.

Valuing a unique home is about more than previous sold prices and price per square foot; it’s also about the extra details that make your home so special – the outstanding views, the location, the land, the condition, and the potential to add further value.

Having lived and breathed sales all my life, I’m proud to have been praised for my stealth sales negotiation techniques and my devotion to continuously assessing the property market – adapting the sales strategy for your home should the market fluctuate. Alongside our professional lifestyle photographer, we perfect your home’s styling to ensure every image captures the nuances and individual qualities that make your home so distinctive.

I’m proud to say my videos are loved not only by home-seekers, but also by relocating/overseas buyers and specialist relocation agents. Hi, I’m Sam, Operations ninja at Pelham James HQ,  I’m the person behind the curtain, skilfully pulling the levers and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Organisation is the key, and I make sure everything happens as it should, when it should – in fact, highly likely beating that deadline!

You’ll find me out and about filming with Lottie (behind the lens, I might add with my steady hand) dressed in the latest fashions with a twist of fun and a dash of colour. How do I retain my zen-like calm?  Walking my two handsome Whippet dogs at sunrise and practising downward dogs with my yoga at sunset. Namaste.

Hi, I’m Harriet, local girl and lover of all things homes and gardens.

The hub of the wheel, you might say, my eye for detail and creative flair sees me bringing together the different elements of our bespoke marketing campaigns, from producing beautiful brochures to creating enticing social media content to tease and tempt buyers.

With a busy family life, I know all there is to know about balancing tasks and time, so you can count on me to put together the marketing jigsaw for your home in precision time and style.

With a career in estate agency spanning nearly 20 years, selling homes is at the heart of who I am. Born and bred in the area, and now raising a family of my own here, I know the area inside out and love it! 

Covering the East Northamptonshire, South Lincolnshire & North Cambridgeshire areas, I’m the person that you’ll give your keys to – the person who’ll be showing prospective buyers around your home and doing everything I can to find you the best buyer I possibly can. Relationships are integral to everything I do, as my longstanding relationships with previous clients are testament to, which is why I’m always available for a conversation – on the phone, over email or over a coffee in person.

When I’m not valuing, viewing or negotiating on homes, you’ll find me keeping active with my two young boys, playing squash and tennis or out on the golf course. 

Hi, I’m Victoria, Client Executive covering the Rutland and Stamford unique homes property market. I adore the blend of unique homes and the range of independent businesses that make our area so special – if you need a recommendation of where to go or what activity to do locally, I’m your go-to!

Strong family values are all part of my Greek heritage. I always put family first, and that incorporates my clients’ families…nothing makes me prouder than helping families to move on to achieve their dreams. Hi, I’m Ellie, and I am the Team Executive here at Pelham James. Having previously worked as a Real Estate Legal PA, I am enjoying putting my experience in property to work, supporting the whole team, as well as liaising with our clients to ensure their sales and purchases run smoothly. I love a bit of organisation and can often be found with a label maker in hand organising our ever-growing supply of property brochures and files! 

Having moved to Rutland from Essex I am enjoying getting to know the area by visiting local villages and attractions with my young daughter. In my spare time, I’m a keen runner, and you will likely find me tying up my laces and exploring the area on foot, having taken part in the Burghley7 and Rutland Spring Half Marathon races so far this year.

Hi, I’m Grace. I support both our marketing and sales departments behind the scenes.

From helping to keep everything organised and running smoothly to being a friendly voice on the end of the phone, I’m always on hand to assist with anything our clients might need. I enjoy being part of the process from start to finish, making sure every detail is in place.

Outside of work, I have a creative side and love designing and sewing, as well as keeping active with regular gym classes. And if there’s a dog nearby, you can be sure I’ll be saying hello!
