We’re David and Lottie Crooke. 

We’re husband and wife, parents, local business owners, period property owners and property renovators.  We’re participators in sport, followers of sport, sports kit launderers and generally speaking, we’re a busy, hard-working family.  Sound familiar? 

Lottie and I recognise that more unique, individual homes need a specialist, bespoke approach to marketing.  Whilst standard marketing strategies can be sufficient to sell houses in streets where the homes are mostly similar, marketing ‘unique homes’ in Stamford and Rutland can be more challenging.  Often it takes just one buyer to fall in love with your home, and pay (almost) whatever is asked.  Finding that buyer takes time and specialist marketing skills to tease out the very best elements of your home and present them in a polished and attractive way.
